She enjoyed crocheting, plants, animals, sitting on her porch, scrap booking cherished family memories, listening to gospel music, watching Jimmy Swaggart and other Christian ministry programs, and reading her Bible. Mary was a member of The Jay County Extension Homemakers, and attended Redkey Methodist Church whenever should could. Past famous preachers were Billy Graham and Jimmy Swaggart. She was formerly employed by Carr Canning Factory, Willman's Bakery, McCord's 5 & 10 store, and Redkey Pak-A-Sak. She was a 1952 graduate of Redkey High School, a devoted woman of God, wife, mother, granny and homemaker throughout her life. Mary was born in Redkey, IN, on January 5, 1934, a daughter of the late Russell J. Redkey - Mary Alice Friddle, 87, of Redkey, IN, passed away Saturday, July 10th, 2021 unexpectedly at her residence.
